Ginger Kunkel, president of Tompkins Community Bank's Pennsylvania market, has joined the Board of Trustees at Alvernia University. She's also previously worked in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, personal care, memory care, and home care.Īlvernia University has announced updates to its board of trustees for the 2023-24 academic year. Along with additional medical billing and administration training, she brings more than 20 years of experience in senior care, nursing, and administration to Keystone Villa at Douglassville.ĭrace began her career in senior care during high school as an administrative assistant at a senior care community. She is a licensed practical nurse from Eastern Center for Arts and Technology in Willow Grove. Additional responsibilities include developing, planning, implementing, supervising, and monitoring staff and resident programs. Blair Drace fills the role of resident care director to oversee that each resident receives proper care services while assisting with resident and family decision-making regarding clinical and long-term care.
